Returns Policy

We want you to love your Dreemdex D10. If something is wrong with it — or you simply change your mind — here is how returns and refunds work.

30-day return window

You have 30 days from the date the parcel is delivered to request a return for any reason. To be eligible:

  • The product must be unused, in resalable condition, and free from damage caused by use.
  • It must include all accessories, manuals, and inserts that came in the original packaging.
  • The original retail box should be intact (light wear from opening is fine; crushed or torn is not).
  • You must have proof of purchase — the order number on your shipping confirmation is enough.

How to start a return

Email support@dreemdex.com with your order number and a brief reason. Within 2 business days we will reply with either a prepaid return label (for defects, damage, or wrong-item shipments — on us) or instructions and the return address (for change-of-mind returns — you cover return shipping). Items sent back without prior authorisation cannot be accepted.

Defects, damage, and wrong items

If your order arrives defective, damaged in transit, or with the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos. We pay for return shipping and will send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

EU 14-day cooling-off period

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you have a separate statutory right under Directive 2011/83/EU to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without giving a justification. The product must be returned within 14 days of notifying us of the cancellation, in the condition described above. We will refund the full purchase price (including standard outbound shipping) within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the same payment method you used at checkout. You bear the cost of returning the goods to us.

Refund processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you with the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Banks and card networks may take an additional 3–5 business days to post the refund to your statement. If 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you have not seen it, email support@dreemdex.com.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. The fastest way to get a different unit is to return the original for a refund and place a new order. For warranty exchanges (defective unit inside the 12-month warranty), see the “Limited warranty” section of our Terms of Service.

Non-returnable items

  • Gift cards.
  • Digital downloads or activated software licences.
  • Products marked “final sale” at the time of purchase.
  • Items damaged through misuse, modification, or normal wear.

Return shipping costs

For defects, damage, or wrong-item shipments, we cover return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for return shipping. We recommend a tracked service: we cannot refund items that do not arrive back to us.
