Shipping Policy

We ship the Dreemdex D10 worldwide, with the United States as our primary market. This page describes where we ship, how long it takes, and how customs and duties work.

Where we ship

We ship to most countries worldwide. We do not currently ship to South Korea (our home market), to countries subject to comprehensive trade sanctions, or to PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses for tracked international services. If your country is missing at checkout, email support@dreemdex.com and we will see what we can do.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number once the order leaves the warehouse.

Estimated delivery times

Delivery times are estimates from the day the order ships, not from the day it is placed. Carrier delays, customs clearance, and remote delivery zones can extend the timeline.

  • United States: 5–9 business days.
  • Canada: 7–12 business days.
  • European Union, United Kingdom: 7–14 business days.
  • Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore: 7–14 business days.
  • Rest of world: 10–25 business days.

Carriers and tracking

We ship using DHL Express, FedEx International, or local postal services depending on destination and parcel size. Final-mile delivery in the US is typically handled by USPS; in the EU and UK, by the local postal carrier. Every shipment includes end-to-end tracking, which we email to you when the order is dispatched.

Shipping costs

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on destination and the weight of your order. We offer free standard shipping for qualifying orders to the United States and the European Union; the threshold is shown at checkout. Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost where supported by the carrier.

Customs, duties, and taxes

For most international orders we ship Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) where the carrier supports it — meaning duties and import taxes are calculated and collected at checkout, so you should not be billed again on delivery.

For destinations where DDP is not available, you are responsible for any import duties, VAT/GST, and customs fees levied by your destination country. These are billed by the carrier or your customs authority on delivery and are outside our control. If you refuse delivery or do not pay the customs fee and the parcel is returned to us, we will refund you the product price minus the actual outbound and return shipping costs.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for parcels lost or delayed because of incomplete or incorrect addresses. If you spot a mistake within 1 hour of placing your order, email support@dreemdex.com immediately and we will try to update the address before the order ships. We cannot change addresses once the parcel is in transit.

Lost or damaged shipments

Inspect your order on arrival. If the parcel is visibly damaged, missing items, or contains a defective product, contact us at support@dreemdex.com within 14 days with photos and your order number. We will work with the carrier to file a claim and send a replacement or issue a refund as appropriate.

A parcel is considered “lost in transit” if it has not moved for 14 calendar days domestically or 30 calendar days internationally past the latest expected delivery date. Once a parcel is declared lost, we will dispatch a replacement or issue a refund.
