Terms of Service

Dreemdex is a South Korean business (registration 784-04-03248) at 1092, Gyeongui-ro, 808-A60, Paju-si, Gyeonggi 10908, Republic of Korea. References to “Dreemdex”, “we”, “us”, and “our” mean this business. References to “you” mean the individual or organisation using the Site.

You may use the Site only if you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction. By using the Site, you agree:

• Not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, or to violate any law in your jurisdiction.
• Not to attempt to disrupt, probe, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Site beyond what is permitted under applicable law.
• Not to upload malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, or harass other users or our staff.
• Not to misrepresent your identity or impersonate someone else when filling out forms or contacting us.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these rules at our discretion.

The Site describes the Dreemdex D10 macro keyboard and related software. We try to describe products accurately, but we do not warrant that descriptions, photos, colours, prices, or availability on the Site are error-free or current. We may correct errors, change prices, and limit quantities at any time without prior notice. If we cancel an order because of a pricing or stock error, we will refund any amount you have paid in full.

Until we ship a product to you, the order is an offer that we may decline. A binding contract of sale forms only when we send you a shipping confirmation.

When you place an order, you authorise us (through our payment processors) to charge the payment method you provided for the total amount, including taxes and shipping. Specific delivery timeframes, carriers, and customs handling are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns Policy.

We warrant that the Dreemdex D10 hardware will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for 12 months from delivery. If a defect appears in that period, contact support@dreemdex.com and we will repair, replace, or refund the affected unit at our option. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accident, unauthorised modification, normal wear, or consumable items.

This warranty is in addition to (and does not limit) any non-excludable rights you have under consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

The Dreemdex Companion application is licensed, not sold. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the software on devices you own or control, solely with Dreemdex hardware. You may not redistribute, resell, or remove copyright notices from the software. Open-source components included with the software are governed by their own licences, included with the application.

All Site content, branding, software, and design (other than user-submitted content and third-party assets we license) is owned by Dreemdex or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and similar laws. You may view and download Site content for personal, non-commercial use only.

If you send us feedback, suggestions, reviews, or other content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute that content for any lawful purpose, including improving our products and marketing. You warrant that the content is yours to share and does not infringe anyone’s rights.

The Site may contain links to websites and services we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those third parties. Linking to a third-party site is not an endorsement.

The Site and our products are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind beyond those we expressly state above and any warranties that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dreemdex will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD 100. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (for example, liability for fraud, gross negligence, death, or personal injury caused by negligence).

You agree to defend and indemnify Dreemdex against any claims, damages, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of another person’s rights.

We may suspend or end your access to the Site at any time for any reason, including a breach of these Terms. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, governing law) will continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought in the courts of Goyang, Republic of Korea, except that consumers may retain the right to bring claims in the courts of their country of residence under applicable consumer protection laws.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date at the top and, for material changes, give you reasonable notice before they take effect. Continued use of the Site after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
