Install on macOS· 60 seconds
Plug it in.
Open the app.
That’s it.
Here’s the macOS install path, step by step. If any warning dialogs appear, we show you exactly what they look like and which button to click.

Download the .dmg and drag the app to Applications
Standard macOS install pattern. Open the .dmg, drag Dreemdex Companion to the Applications folder, eject the .dmg. Universal binary — runs natively on Apple Silicon and Intel.
The .dmg includes a shortcut to /Applications so you can drag-and-drop.
On first launch macOS will refuse to open it
Because we haven't paid Apple $99/year for a Developer ID certificate yet. Recent macOS versions don't let you bypass Gatekeeper directly anymore — you'll authorize the app once in System Settings, then it launches like any other app.
Click Cancel on this dialog. Then open System Settings → Privacy & Security from the Apple menu.
“Dreemdex Companion” cannot be opened because the developer cannot be verified.
macOS cannot verify that this app is free from malware.
In Privacy & Security, click Open Anyway
Scroll to the bottom of the Privacy & Security panel. You'll see a banner explaining that Dreemdex Companion was blocked, with an Open Anyway button.
You’ll be asked to authenticate with Touch ID or your password. Then macOS permanently trusts the app — you won’t see this flow again.
“Dreemdex Companion” was blocked from use because it is not from an identified developer.
Companion is yours. Plug in your D10.
From now on Companion launches like any other app — Spotlight, Dock, Launchpad. It works on Apple Silicon and Intel Macs.
Welcome to Companion
Plug in your Dreemdex D10 to start building macros, or explore the editor first.
